Outdoor / Flexible Venue Rider
Adapted 30-minute programme for outdoor performances, festivals, museums, galleries, and similar spaces. Aerial acrobatics (Cyr wheel) not included.
Duration
30 minutes, no intermission
Minimum area
8 × 8 meters
Max. audience
Up to 200–300 spectators
Surface
Flat, level, and perfectly horizontal. A sloped or uneven surface is not permitted.
Surface cleanliness
Free from gravel, stones, glass, sand. Even fine sand or dust is not acceptable — it creates a slipping hazard.
Perimeter
Performance area must be clearly separated from the audience — no contact between performers and spectators.
The performance contains loud sounds and uses a smoke machine. Aerial acrobatics (Cyr wheel) not included.
Weather
In case of rain, the performance is only possible under a roof or canopy.
Minimum clear height: 5 meters.
No overhead obstructions permitted: trees, cables, branches.
Technical Requirements
PA system with coverage of the full audience area.
Minimum 2 power outlets: one left, one right of the performance area.
All cables must be covered and secured.
Sound check — minimum 1 hour before the performance.
Technical and full rehearsal — required prior to every performance.

For non-professional and non-standard spaces — warehouses, courtyards, foyers, industrial venues, etc.
Minimum area: 8 × 8 meters
Minimum clear height: 5 meters
Surface: flat, level, and non-slip
We have our own light equipment and will bring it. Just let us know.

Safety Requirements
Confetti hazard

Smoke & haze
Venue must confirm these will not trigger automatic fire-suppression.
Strobe / pulse lighting
A photosensitive epilepsy notice must appear in all audience communications.
Emergency exits
All exits must remain fully accessible and clearly marked throughout the performance.
First aid
Venue must have a first-aid kit on site and at least one first-aider present at every performance.
Fire extinguisher
A CO2 or powder extinguisher must be accessible from the stage at all times.

Hospitality Rider
The touring team consists of 6 people. Arrangements must be confirmed in writing at least 3 weeks prior to the performance date.
Accommodation
2 double/twin rooms + 2 single rooms (4 rooms total)
1 night minimum; 2 nights if setup requires day-before installation
