A PICKNICK is happening here!

And what are these people doing at the PICKNICK? The same as everyone else: taking a shower, playing with a human-sized ball, walking on a tightrope, juggling with cups and teapots, going to space. The same as everyone else…

«PICKNICK» is one episode from a series of plays about the life of the crazy Abricosov family.

These comedy performances depict the relationships within the family:
  • Mom's dreams of space – a tragicomedy,
  • Teen relationships – an action movie,
  • The love of grandparents is a melodrama,
  • Dad’s life is an underground
and Uncle Mark's is a dystopia.

The Abrikosovs know how to choose places for their picnics. Usually where there are no tourists, in strange and beautiful places with history.
Where have they been? At a former sugar factory in Serbia, in a winery and a huge sports hall in Montenegro, in a monastery and a former taxi garage in Germany...
